✅ Role & Responsibilities:
 Develop 3D BIM models for Architecture, Structure, and MEPF systems
 Create and manage coordinated Revit models with LOD 300–400
 Generate sheets, sections, schedules, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
 Work with engineers and architects for interdisciplinary coordination
 Maintain model standards as per BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
✅ Required Qualifications:
 Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
 Proficient in Revit (Architecture / MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD
 Understanding of BIM standards (LOD, IFC, coordination workflow)
 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with Revit training/projects welcome)
 Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
